The Moksha Difference
- Receive a personalized naturopathic assessment before and after the 30 day challenge. Dr. Arnel Beaubrun, of Integra Naturopathics, will provide you a detailed report of your cellular health status. Lifestyles, diet and the environment place an increasing amount of stress on our bodies. High levels of toxins and free radicals have been linked to cellular damage that may contribute to certain conditions such as heart disease and autoimmune diseases.
- In addition, Dr. Arnel will provide you with a body composition analysis before and after the 30 day journey.

The Energy Exchange Program at Moksha Yoga Calgary is unique and very special both to the studio and to the members of the Energy Exchange itself. It works like this: You volunteer 2-4 hours of your time on the same day at the same time once a week helping to clean the studio (collecting mats, washing the floors, cleaning the showers, working reception, helping in the retail store, etc...) and in exchange you receive unlimited free yoga classes - it's also a great way to get to know your teachers and be a part of the Moksha Yoga community.
We do require that any applicants maintain a consistent practice at the studio. If you are interested in this program please send an email to the studio with a cover letter, resume, and two references. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call or email the studio.
We will be renting our hot room for private classes and groups! Imagine a class designed exclusively for your group - from beginner to advanced and everyone in between! For a nominal fee, you get the exclusive use of the hot room, facilities, a customized class, and your own personal instructor. Sometimes in class it can be difficult to pick out all the yoga gems that instructors are providing! These
posture tip videos, taught by Moksha teachers across Canada, allow for a closer look at how to move deeper
in feeling what a postures is all about. This info can then be taken right back into the hot room and infused
with breath for a whole new experience.

One of the central ideas in yoga philosophy is 'ahimsa' or 'non-harming'. In the Moksha community we work
together to practice ahimsa toward the environment. If you'd like to join us in this collective effort check
out the monthly videos for some simple ideas on how to create less of an environmental impact in day to
day living.
